BALLARAT police are confident missing teenager Skye Kieveran, from Keilor, is not in the region, despite reports of sightings in the area.

Fairfax media reported Skye, 13, could be in the Melton, Ballarat or Werribee areas after several sightings recently.
Ms Kieveran has been missing for two weeks and police have released an image of the teenager to help find her.
Ms Kieveran is described as caucasian, 155cm tall, with a thin build and shoulder length straight brown hair.
