When I take my mother to the hospital you can be in there for anything up to four hours, depending when you are seen.
Why can you not issue something to the hospital like a card that you can get from the hospital reception to put on the dashboard of your car to let people know you are in the hospital and you are not in a position to come out and move your car?
Can the council work with the hospital to improve things, or is it better to make things hard and make more money by booking people?
PS: My mother has to go there often for check-ups, as she had cancer.
