An elderly Delacombe man has died in hospital following a crash in Sebastapol this month.

The Ford sedan the 92-year-old man was driving hit a parked car on Beverin Street, Sebastopol, just before 4pm.
Highway Patrol Senior Sergeant Pat Cleary said police were notified of an erratic driver who was driving on the wrong side of the road in the area.
During the search for the vehicle, police were directed to the collision site between Vickers and Walker streets.
He sustained serious injuries and was initially transported to Ballarat Health Services Base Hospital before being airlifted to the Royal Melbourne Hospital.
The man was seriously injured and taken to the Base Hospital where he died on July 18.
Police will prepare a report for the coroner.
To date, 144 people have died on Victoria's roads in 2014, 11 more deaths than the same time last year.
