The men, three of whom are from Ballarat and surrounds, had their criminal matters briefly heard in Ballarat Magistrates Court on Friday.
The men were arrested following an alleged robbery and assault at Camp Street nightclub Haida Bar on Saturday June 7.
Crown prosecutors on Friday asked magistrate Michelle Hodgson to grant an application allowing the delayed service of the brief of evidence.
Ms Hodgson granted the application, with the briefs now to be served on the mens' legal counsel by late August.
None of the men appeared in court on Friday.
However, the application revealed three men involved in the raid who haven't yet been reported.
Sean Kennedy, 27, of Colac, Antonio Ursida, 36, of Ottoway, South Australia, and John Napolitano, 42, of Monbulk, are all charged with offences including aggravated burglary, robbery, affray, intentionally causing injury, recklessly causing injury and five counts each of unlawful assault.
The three are all on bail.
Meanwhile, Smythes Creek man Anthony Martelli, 38, Chad Salvemini, 35, of Wendouree and Graham Hudgson, 34, also of Wendouree, are each charged with 13 offences stemming from the raid.
Their charges include aggravated burglary, robbery, affray, intentionally causing injury, recklessly causing injury and unlawful assault.
The six men will face a committal mention hearing in Ballarat Magistrates Court on September 25.
Hudgson remains on remand, as does Salvemini.
Martelli was granted bail thanks to a $100,000 surety being posted in June.
