For readers who have ever wanted to know more about the behind-the-scenes of a newspaper, now is your chance to find out.
On Saturday and Sunday, August 23 and 24, readers can join The Courier’s news director Andrew Ramadge and a team of journalists for a discussion of the day’s news as part of the Coffee & Papers session.
Mr Ramadge said while everyone had an opinion about The Courier, not everybody knew how it was produced.
“Basically, you get to come along and read the paper with the people who put it together,” Mr Ramadge said.
Former Greens leader Bob Brown, Anne Crawford, Garry Muratore, Jackie French, David Hunt and Clare Wright will also be a part of the festival, which takes place at M.A.D.E from August 23 to 24.
