Gordon heads into a second-straight finals series having won its past 12 matches and following a stirring victory over back-to-back grand finalists Buninyong last Saturday.
That result secured coach Corey Grills and his men a top four position and a double chance heading into a clash with reigning premiers Hepburn this weekend.
The Eagles won the previous meeting with the Burras in round three coming from 25 points down at half-time to set up the victory with a nine-goal third term and have only suffered a one-point loss to Waubra since.
That early-season result against the Burras will be a confidence booster leading into this encounter, as will the first-half performance against the Bombers where the Eagles displayed a destructive running game to break open the match.
Gordon has named just one change to that team, with big forward Hamish Watts returning in place of James Murphy, while Hepburn has selected backman and captain Leigh Santurini to come in from a back injury in place of youngster Joe Malone.
Watts and Santurini both missed the final home and away game of the year.
PREDICTION: Hepburn by 16 points.
