The Lions' campaign ended in the division two first semi-final at Northcote on Sunday.
Redan was no match for Pascoe Vale losing by 44 points.
The final scores were: Pascoe Vale 11.6 (72) to Redan 4.4 (28).
Redan began well enough to lead by eight points at quarter time.
However, Pascoe Vale began to dry up the Lions' opportunities and by the last change led by 16 points and there was to be no coming back.
Lori Stepnell led the way offensively for Redan with two goals.
Georgie Hassell, Becky Irons and Elisha Harris were among other better players.
Redan finished the home and away season in fourth position with six wins in 13 games.
Pascoe Vale now meets North Geelong in the preliminary final.
Minor premier Seaford is already in the grand final after defeating North Geelong by three points in the second semi-final.
