Representatives from both clubs and match officials met with an independent Investigation and Disciplinary Panel for a tribunal on Tuesday to discuss several incidents in the round 16 encounter, played on July 27.
The match was called off at the 20-minute mark following a collision between Warrnambool's Nick Van Rooy and Park's Jaike Ludwig that left the latter hospitalised.
Vic Park coach Lucas Ellis was present at tribunal but described it as an "information session".
Ellis said both parties all parties had reviewed the referee's practices during the day in question.
"We went through the whole event from start to finish for the two matches (including reserves)," he said.
"There hasn't been talks of one (a follow up meeting).
"Personally, I don't think there will be."
BDSA secretary Jeremy Irvine confirmed that no sanctions were handed down.
"A report was issued a report into the matter, with no further action to be taken," Irvine said.
However, BDSA president Herman Bogers said a series of recommendations would be handed down in the near future.
Warrnambool was awarded the three points after leading 2-0 at the time of abandonment, and Ellis said the club was unlikely to challenge the outcome, regardless of its endangered run into finals.
