The Courier's Tim O'Çonnor says Springbank still well and truly in it, but needs to structure up better in attack.
Key forward Paul McMahon is getting plenty of the football, but playing as a high forward means he is out of range of goal when he has hands on the ball.
The Tigers also need more out of Tom Eltringham.
Mitch Bruns has been a revelation with three goals, while Shaun Finlayson and Luke Mirtschin are constant threats

BRUNS LATE INCLUSION FOR BUNGAREE
THERE'S a late change for Bungaree for the senior grand final.
Tim O'Çonnor reports that Mitch Bruns is a late inclusion.
He replaces Mitch Humphries, who has played eight senior games this season, including the past seven.
Bruns looked to have no hope of lining up after straining a hamstring in the second half of Bungaree's semi-final win over Buninyong two weeks ago.
It is a massive inclusion, with Bruns having selected in the CHFL team of the year.
