Fire brigade chairman Richard Burt said a special dinner for past and present members would be held on Saturday night.
However a street parade and display of old fire trucks and memorabilia on Sunday morning will be the real crowd pleaser, starting at 10.30am.
Mr Burt said the parade would travel along the main street of Clunes and the displays would be held in the Clunes Fire Station and the Bottle Museum.
He said he expected a large crowd, with planning for the event beginning last November.
Memorabilia and trucks will arrive for the event from across Victoria, including Melbourne and Bendigo.
