Trend towards pre-poll voting to strengthen in lead-up to state election

Up to one in three Victorian voters are expected to hand in a ballot paper before the November 29 state election, with debate raging in both parties about whether to "front-load" campaign announcements in the race to capitalise on pre-poll voting.
