Bungaree’s division eight side trumped BMS 94-80 in weekend action on Saturday.
Chris Thornton’s rink, also featuring David Thornton, Tricia Watt and Geoff Reed, took home the silverware for the biggest win after a 10-shot victory over its BMS counterpart.
Bungaree president Tony Trigg labelled the result as “pleasing” for the club.
“We’re a new club, we’ve had to put some more experienced bowlers down into skipping to teach the new bowlers, and I think three of our four skippers are under 30,” he said.
