The school has hosted its Goat Festival as the school’s major fund-raiser for years, with goats on the school property and the day ran in conjunction with the Central Highlands Goat Club.
With only 12 pupils at the school, all have their own role helping on the day.
Parent and school council member Robyn Stickland said the day showcased the special and unique surrounds of the school.
She said the activities included cooking and cheese-making demonstrations from the pupils.
The school has also prepared a short play to perform about environmental sustainability.
There will also be information and demonstration on goat husbandry and goat-milk products including hand cream, soaps and ice cream.
Ms Stickland said in the past, the funds had helped the school to buy wheelbarrows and an interactive touch screen monitor.
“The children also created a cook book last term, which is being published and will be for sale at the fair,” she said.
There will also becooking demonstrations, a jumping castle, market stalls and a cafe with fresh food from the school’s garden.
