A post office worker was held up by an allegedly armed robber in Bendigo on Saturday morning.

Just before 10am, police say a man, dressed in a black hoodie, entered the Bendigo East post office in McIvor Road.
The man told the lone worker that he was armed with a gun. The victim did not see the weapon.
The man left with an amount of cash and was last seen Murphy Street.
No one was injured in the robbery, police say.
Bendigo Crime Investigation Unit detectives say the man is described as being aged 25-30 years with a slight build, 175-178cm tall and unshaven with a ruddy complexion.
