In later years I have visited relatives in Launceston, where the council has set up and maintains a monkey enclosure near parkland.
These monkeys provide entertainment for anyone who decides to observe them for a while.
Our Civic Hall has the infrastructure and land space to allow a monkey enclosure to be erected without causing any great expense.
Monkeys don't need a roof, nor high sides to their enclosure.
Their interaction with people can be kept to a minimum.
