WITH the Plaster Fun House now demolished, you can see what an excellent site it would be for a pocket park.
That part of town could do with some beautification, and if the owner was willing to sell, it could be a modest investment for the council.
Just trees and grass and a few park benches, nothing over the top.
The rear of the site has interesting possibilities, too perhaps a link to Camp Street, another undervalued location.
An opportunity for the council to complete a small, useful project.
