Ah, the joy of summer in Sydney, when new places to drink, eat and party suddenly sprout all around. This week's crop of fresh pop-up hotspots includes Little Fish Summer Gin Garden at Flying Fish's Little Fish Bar, the waterfront sipping spot on Jones Bay Wharf. From 15 Nov to 19 Dec this flower-bedecked oasis will serve premium gins with added vibes from DJs and summer bites from Executive Chef Stephen Seckold. At Manly Wharf Hotel and The London in Paddington, burger pop-up Burger Liquor Lobster brings cocktails and summery crustacean-fuelled burger variations, and Coogee Bay Hotel's outdoor Burger Shack features chef Nathan Tillett's fun with buns, including a Korean fried chicken burger, right by the beach.
