New York:  It's minus 4 degrees, 6.30am and Julie Bishop has had four hours' sleep. "We don't have time for that," she says cheerily. The icy wind from upstate is blasting down 50th Street but the bone-chilling cold is no deterrent for Australia's Foreign Affairs Minister as she jogs her way through midtown Manhattan. "I try and keep fit and healthy and that allows me to focus," she says determinedly.
