Elsewhere, police in Essendon discovered drugs in a bizarre hiding place last night.
Police uncovered what is believed to be ice and heroin, concealed in a can of soft drink during an intercept.
Brimbank Highway Patrol members observed a motorcycle allegedly displaying false number plates travelling through Sunshine around 9.45pm.
Police followed the motorcycle onto the Western Ring Road where it was detected doing 133km/h in a 100km/h zone.
Members continued to follow the motorcycle and intercepted it on Fletcher Street in Essendon.
Police searched the rider and his motorcycle and discovered the can of Coke containing an amount of drugs, alleged to be ice and heroin.
A 32-year-old Brunswick West man was arrested and charged with trafficking amphetamine, possessing amphetamine, possessing heroin, driving unlicensed, use unregistered vehicle, false plates and speeding.
