An eight-year-old boy is in a stable condition after falling off a quad bike in Moe on Saturday afternoon.

The boy was riding the quad bike on a property in Stoddart Street when he struck a gutter and came off, hitting his head about 2.50pm.
Ambulance Victoria spokesman John Mullen said the boy suffered serious head injuries.
He was airlifted to the Royal Children's Hospital in a critical condition. His condition stabilised on Sunday.
