A BMW driver has been caught with six passengers crammed into the back of his car without seat belts on Saturday night, in one of a series of incidents of bad driving.

Nunawading Highway Patrol officers pulled over the BMW wagon on Blackburn Road in Mount Waverley around 7.50pm on Saturday.
Four of the passengers were children aged under 12 years old, including a two-year-old who was travelling the footwell of the car.
The driver, a 45-year-old man, is expected to charged on summons with several traffic offensives. Two adult passengers have also been fined for not wearing seat belts.
Hours later, an alleged drunk driver had to be pulled from her car in Taylor's Lakes after she rolled the car in a driveway.
The motorist, a 43-year-old Deer Park woman, lost control of her car and rolled it onto its side, in Queen Victoria Crescent.
Police and firefighters had to be called to the scene just before 1am on Sunday morning to help the woman out of her car.
A police spokeswoman said the female driver was unharmed, and there was no property damage in the incident.
The driver is expected to be charged with refusing a breath test, driving under the influence of alcohol and reckless driving offences.
An Audi driver was caught speeding at 172 kilometres per hour in a 100 kilometre zone on the Calder Freeway in Faraday around 3.30pm on Saturday.
The driver, a 29-year-old Knoxfield man, had his car impounded and is expected to be charged on summons for speeding.
