The Vikings, which play in the league’s west division, have four of their first five games at home in season 2015.
Busija said it was good to start the season with a run of home fixtures, but admitted it was important to capitalise on those games.
An encounter against Melbourne City – which is not linked to the A-League club – kick-starts the campaign at St Georges Reserve on March 21 before another home game against Strathmore the following weekend. The Vikings then host Maribyrnong Greens on April 11 before their first away fixture against Melton Phoenix on April 18.
