A host of quality races will share top billing on the night, including the annual Chivers Memorial race for Standard Saloons and the visiting AMCA division for a state series aggregate event.

The Open VSC Sedans will support the main show.

Dennis Jones is leading the VSA aggregate and is keen to increase his buffer against major challengers Andrew Hughes, teammate Justin Barton, Roddy Dennison and Shane Steenholdt.

The 253ci-powered AMCA Division will feature around 20 competitors, with Jamie Collins, Grant Cullinger, Paul Sullivan, the Mills Brothers Jamie and Matt, Bill Lodwick and Dean Heseltine likely to be among the front-runners. 

The division runs with no locked differentials, four millimetres of tread on tyres and a mixture of V8 engines or carbureted six-cylinder engines across a variety of makes and models, including Valiant Chargers and Sigmas.

The venue is at 569 Yankee Flat, Road Mount Helen.  Gates open from 1pm. Cars are on track from 4.30pm, with racing from 5pm.
