Police have released the identity of a man who was dressed in drag when he allegedly held-up a Melbourne McDonald's restaurant earlier this month.

Leonidas "Leon" David Evagelistis allegedly entered the McDonald's store in Laverton North about 7.45am on February 8 and threatened staff with a paper cup, claiming it contained the detonator for an explosive device.
The 47-year-old man from Laverton was wearing a blonde wig, a pink shawl, black high heels and fishnet stockings. He was also carrying a large brown bag.
He allegedly made away with a sum of cash.
Police attended the scene shortly after the robbery, but did not find any explosives.
Detectives have issued a warrant for Mr Evagelistis' arrest.
He is known to frequent the Werribee, Laverton, Footscray and Keilor areas and travels on a red mountain bike and on public transport.
Mr Evagelistis is described as being about 183 centimetres tall, with a "chiselled jaw", thin build and heavy stubble on his face.
Police have also issued warrants for five other men over burglaries and drug offences.
Andrew Murray, 34, and Shaun Hutchison, 29, both of Norlane, are wanted in relation to eight outstanding warrants each.
Both men are believed to frequent the Corio and Norlane areas.
Mr Hutchison is wanted in relation to the possession of a controlled weapon, unlicensed driving and theft. He is described as being about 185 centimetres tall with a thin build, fair complexion, blue-grey eyes and brown hair.
Mr Murray is described as being 170 centimetres tall with a solid build, fair complexion and blue eyes.
Meanwhile, Duane William Haebich, 30, is wanted in relation to drug offences. Mr Haebich is described as being of an average height with a slim build, short black hair and black stretcher earrings. He is known to frequent the Cobram, Benalla, Shepparton and Tungamah areas.
Police are also appealing to the public for help in finding 39-year-old Jason Anstee, who is wanted in relation to burglary and theft.
The Fitzroy man is described as being about 175 centimetres tall, with fair hair, blue eyes and has a tattoo with the name "Meagan" on his right wrist and another on his back that says "England".
Zuhair Jajo, 30, is also wanted in relation to burglary and theft. The Campbellfield man is described as being of Middle Eastern appearance, about 170 centimetres tall, with a medium build and shaved head. He has a diamond stud earring in his left ear and a scar on his forehead.
