The Ballarat Grammar student holds four gold medals from the opening three days of the 2015 Cycling Australia Junior Track National Championships in Melbourne.
Frislie, from Bacchus Marsh, collected the pursuit crown on Friday evening after winning the gold medal ride-off against New South Wales’ Luke Ensor.
This added to his earlier triumphs in the sprint on Wednesday and points race and time trial on Thursday.
The 14-year-old’s sprint victory came topped with a national under-15 boys record.
Frislie is also eyeing a fifth gold medal at the championships in Saturday’s scratch race and the prestigious
champion of champions tag, which is awarded to the most successful junior across all age categories throughout the carnival.
Frislie’s father Mike said his son’s success thus far was the highlight of a promising cycling career.
“There was a level of expectation by him and others that he probably should get some good results or that he was the rider to beat, I guess,” Mike said of his son’s hopes heading into the championships.
“We are probably most proud of the way he carries himself. He’s just a nice, humble young man.”
Frislie’s domination of the national titles follows a clean sweep at the state championships earlier this month.
In another brilliant performance, Frislie, who rides for the Brunswick Cycling Club, won four gold medals from the four events he entered.
It also follows victory in the National Junior Track Series, where he claimed the Australian title after four rounds in Sydney, Melbourne, Launceston and Adelaide.
The Cycling Australia Junior Track National Championships are being held at the Darebin International Sports Centre and conclude on Saturday.
