The Tribal Mind: Vikings queen stand up for her lines

Brisbane-born Alyssa Sutherland never went to drama school, and came into acting from modelling, so she was nervous about challenging Michael Hirst, the British screenwriter of Vikings. But when he deleted a significant line spoken by Alyssa Sutherland's character Queen Aslaug in the first draft of a scene in season 3, which begins this week, she felt she had to speak up for her character.
