For the first time in more than five years Nash will put on display more than 200 works of art up for sale at the Daylesford Town Hall.
"I paint everyday, that's what I've done every day for the last four years," he said.
"There are that many it will fill the town hall.
"I've got to get rid of them."
His artworks for sale include paintings of landscapes his has become renown for, and figurative paintings in oil, acrylic and pastels.
"Most of them have never been seen before," he said.
"People might get a little surprise with the versatility, I don't stick with the same thing."
Nash said many of his new works were inspired by the Daylesford highlands surrounding his home.
"Daylesford is a beautiful area and it's ideal for what I do, it's nice to get out on a nice day and see what's around."
Born in Melbourne, Nash said he has been painting for as long as he remembers and has long made a big impression on Victoria's art scene with his wide range of subjects including sensitive nudes, old Australian hotels and buildings, Mountain Cattlemen of the High Country and gardens.
"I can't remember not drawing, you can't stop doing it, it's an urge," he said
"Even if I'm on the phone I'm doodling."
This will be Nash's first exhibition in more than five years.
"Last time I held an exhibition it was such a success, so I hope this is too."
