POLICE have issued a warrant for the arrest of Kyle Green, 25, wanted after Friday's incident in Ballarat East.
Green is described as being Caucasian, 180cm tall, of medium build, with blue eyes and short brown hair.
People who see Green are urged to call Triple Zero.
