Former fire chief Ewan Waller urges Victorian government to keep burns target

The former chief fire officer of the state's environment department has urged the Andrews government to retain the 5 per cent fuel reduction burning target to reduce the threat of bushfires, a regime recommended by the Victorian Bushfires Royal Commission.
