I READ with interest in The Courier that Ballarat's mayor was holding secret meetings in a bid to siphon millions of dollars promised to redevelop the Civic Hall site into other projects. It would be fair to say if this money has been allocated for the Civic Hall project then it should remain allocated to the Civic Hall until a decision has been made on the site.
