I QUITE often travel the Ballarat-Carngham road.
I recently was quite astounded to find work in place on the summit of Bunkers Hill.
The embankment has had a road cut through to enter a paddock which supports a shed.
This means traffic entering or leaving this spot is at the top of a steep hill with limited viewing and double lines exist there.
This therefore creates a dangerous situation.
I guess a well educated person must have approved this project to go ahead.
I consider I am a person of average intelligence and cannot understand the logic to this venture.
Looking for a reply so as to make this matter clearer.
