ABOUT 370 wines from all over Victoria will be put to the colour, nose and palate test over the next few days as part of the 28th Ballarat Wine Show.
Winning drops will be announced at a black-tie dinner at Bray Raceway tomorrow night.
Ballarat Wine Show vice-president Colin McIntosh said about 85 wineries had entered from as far as Hamilton, the Mornington Peninsula, Yarrawonga and Mildura, as well as all over the Ballarat region.
