There are a couple things that one ought to strive to possess in the quest to always look 'groomed'. They include thick, glossy and bouncy hair, nice nails and an excellent jacket that has that magical quality of making you look instantly pulled together. You know, the one item that pulls you in, smartens you up and just generally makes you feel quite marvelous. Blake Lively is wearing such a jacket. Crisp, military inspired and white (which is of course chic but awfully risky). The jacket adds considerable oomph to what would otherwise be a fairly pedestrian, if perfectly pleasant, outfit. Of course it helps that Blake Lively is in possession of one of those entirely enviable bouncy heads of hair. But still, the jacket can take a lot of credit here.
