The Ballarat and District Trotting Club event will be held on August 22, providing foodies the chance to meet and greet the Gourmet Pommies themselves.
Ballarat and District Trotting Club marketing and events representative Paul O’Donnell said the cooking duo was “extremely hot” and would attract more punters to the track.
"The opportunity to have them came up and it's a good opportunity for the club," O'Donnell said.
"They'll be doing a cooking demonstration and they'll be an opportunity to meet and greet them. They'll have a fair bit of pulling power to get people here on the night."
The Breeders Crown Semi Finals is one of the most significant racing events for the BDTC and is held in the lead up to the finals in Melton.
Entry to the event will be by gold coin donation, with dinner packages also available for those wanting to dine-in.
O'Donnell said donations would go to the Soup Bus and dining packages would include a race book, admission to the track and a three-course chef-inspired meal. The night will also feature a Punters Club and Sportsman’s Panel featuring Jaimee Rogers.
