Held over the weekend at the Wendouree Sports and Events Centre, the fair attracted about 700 militaria enthusiasts.
The Ballarat Arms and Militaria Collectors Society secretary, Nick Smith, said the 26th annual fair had been a success despite the weather.
Trader Jozef Akselrud had a large collection of rare flintlock guns from Europe, America and the Middle East.
“They are invesment pieces, for people to enjoy them,” Mr Akselrud said.
Mr Smith said 50 per cent of the event’s takings would be donated to Ballarat charity groups.
