Clunes veteran Jason Hill and Daylesford stalwart Joel Adams have both decided they will not pursue reappointment for 2016.
Hill, who took over at the Magpies’ helm in 2014, has this year been joint coach with Michael McKenzie, while Adams is currently in his second year leading the Bulldogs.
Clunes has had a tough year on the field, winning five games to sit 12th on the ladder, while Daylesford has managed just three for its place in 15th.
Elsewhere, Bungaree has confirmed Heath Pyke will be in the top job next season.
Pyke is just 14 games into the role, which he took over from Greg Middleton following the club’s senior premiership last year.
The playing coach has taken Bungaree to 12 wins and top spot on the ladder so far in 2015.
The Demons’ grand final opponents from last year Springbank has not made its appointment for next season, with Terry Simpson currently in his first year in the position.
Simpson took over from Sam Giblett after the Tigers’ defeat in the decider and has the team second on the ladder and well and truly in the hunt for a flag.
Buninyong is expected to announce its structure for 2016 in the next couple of weeks, but joint coaches Jarrod Morgan and Jake Bridges are expected to go around for another campaign, while Gordon has not locked in Corey Grills or made any other decision on its senior coaching position.
Glenn Treacy and Stephen Frys have not yet been reappointed to respective jobs at Carngham-Linton and Smythesdale, but are expected to be the ones steering the ship next season.
Hepburn has not yet made an announcement on whether or not Clive Raak will be on board for a fourth-straight campaign, while Skipton remains on the hunt for a full-time replacement to Adam Brookshaw, who stood down from the role after 11 rounds.
Player Tyrone Ross and retired club champion Kiernan Molloy have been appointed interim coaches until the end of the current season.
The pair has been in charge for three games, with the Emus struggling in 16th position on the table.
Deals have been done for next year with Mark Williams (Ballan), Dale Power (Beaufort), Grant Luscombe (Waubra), Justin Abrams (Dunnstown), Damian Lubeek (Creswick), Kal Young (Newlyn), Brenton Powell (Learmonth) and Michael Hynes (Rokewood-Corindhap).
Meanwhile, Central Highlands club presidents will meet on Wednesday night, where they will discuss Carngham-Linton’s split proposal.
The Saints are pushing for east and west divisions to break up the 18-team competition, which officially gained support from Ballan with a letter to the league's board of management over the weekend.
