Harding accumulated his fifth yellow card of the campaign in last weekend’s win against Bendigo City, with Firth also ruled out after picking up a red during the 5-1 triumph.
That victory on the road extended the Reds’ unbeaten run to six matches in National Premier Leagues Victoria 1 west, including wins in the past four outings.
Ballarat sits fourth on the table, 10 points behind leaders Bulleen Lions with seven matches to play.
Red Devils manager James Robinson said talented youngster Dejan Mitrovic would get another chance to sit on the bench and be around the senior team environment this weekend.
Saturday’s game against Moreland City is a catch-up fixture from earlier in the season.
The Reds won the other meeting between the two sides 1-0 just last month.
Kick-off on Saturday at Morshead Park is at 5pm.
Following this encounter, the Reds have upcoming games against Springvale White Eagles (away), Brunswick City (home), Melbourne City (home), Box Hill United (away), Bulleen Lions (away) and Moreland Zebras (home).
