GET barking, Ballarat. Or should that be baking? RSPCA Victoria is encouraging sweet tooths to whip up their favourite cupcake recipes to celebrate Cupcake Day on Monday August 17. More than $1.5 million was raised last year to help thousands of animals in RSPCA shelters nation wide. Buying one cupcake donates $2 to the cause. Register your event at: rspcacupcakeday.org.au.
