O’Keefe, who also led the competition to interleague success against Horsham District this season, was named to lead the all-star team, which was revealed by the CHNL executive after tallying submissions from clubs across the league.
He takes the honour from former Hepburn coach Gary Cooke, who was at the helm last year.
The Lakies and Ballan were the best represented clubs in the side with three players apiece, while Dunnstown, Springbank and Buninyong also figured in the 10-person squad.
