Police, fire and ambulance services were called to the single-vehicle collision on Saturday night at around 10.50 pm.
The red car had collided with a power pole on the corner of Eureka and Main streets. It was flipped on its roof.
A Ballarat City Fire station duty officer confirmed three trucks attended the scene.
The woman was not trapped.
A spokesman from Ambulance Victoria said the woman, believed to be in her 20s, had no obvious injuries.
She was conveyed to hospital further assessment and observation.
She remains in a stable condition.
