Each of the school’s confirmed runners were presented with Run Ballarat shirts by Run Champion Manager David Edwards on Monday.
Miners Rest Primary School Run Ballarat co ordinator Ben Mitchell said the school is proud of its reputation as a regular participant.
“We want to promote a healthy lifestyle, we’re keen to support a local event it’s really important with all the proceeds going towards the hospital,” Mr Mitchell said.
“I suppose the challenge is to keep going and we’re hoping to top our 150 from last year.”
