The event, held on September 9 as part of National Child Protection Week, will raise funds for the organisation, which gives educational opportunities to sexual abuse victims.
Children of Phoenix founder Professor Caroline Taylor AM said the drive, now in its second year, has become crucial to the program’s success.
Woolworths will donate the cupcakes, with State Emergency Service volunteers set to deliver them across Ballarat for a $5 fee.
