Treacy has informed the club he will no longer continue as coach, citing work and family commitments as the driving factors behind his decision.
He had been given the option of coaching in 2016 when he first signed on to coach this year.
In a statement released by the Saints on Wednesday, the club said Treacy’s contributions to the club were far more substantial than his win-loss record.
Carngham-Linton won just two matches this season and finished second-last on the central Highlands Football League ladder.
“2015 has been a challenging year for the club, with our playing depth being greatly stretched due to a variety of factors, including the loss of several players late in the pre season,” the club said in a statement.
