The Blues and Eagles will meet in a preliminary final, with both clubs looking to end significant premiership droughts the following week.
Williams believes his side, which thumped Buninyong last weekend, has nothing to lose.
“No one expected us to get this far. All the pressure’s on Gordon and we are just going to make the most of every opportunity come this weekend,” he said.
Gordon coach Corey Grills said there was a shoulder concern with the important Jason Rae, who was left out of the team submitted to The Courier on Thursday night.
The Eagles have had the break to rest up after beating Bungaree in the qualifying final.
“(Ballan has) knocked off two quality opponents and in finals footy, it’s whoever wants it most generally comes out on top,” Grills said.
PREDICTION: Gordon by 32 points.
