Dennis Family Homes’ the Alexandra 242 display was judged the winner in the $250,001 to $300,000 price category.
The Charlton 332 was named runner-up in the $400,001 to $450,000 range.
Dennis Family Homes Ballarat area manager Peter Martin said the company was proud both homes had been recognised at the HIA Awards.
