TIME is running out for older Victorian boys to access the free HPV vaccine, which protects against genital warts and cancers. Boys and girls can continue to access the vaccine in year seven but older boys, yet to start or catching up on the three injections, must get in before the December 31 cut-off when the free offer runs out. Older boys can only then receive the vaccine at a cost. Injections are available from GPs and the City of Ballarat.
