The under-16s and under-13s have expanded, while the under-14s will have fewer teams.
Wendouree has added a second team to the under-16 firsts, which will comprise 10 sides.
Golden Point did not have an any presence in under-16 seconds last season, but will now have two teams.
Darley has dropped out at this level, while Ballarat-Redan no longer has a partnership with Haddon and will stand alone.
Other structure changes:
Under-14 firsts: still eight teams. Wendouree increases from one to three and Darley now has a side. Ballan, North Ballarat and Napoleons-Sebastopol have dropped out.
Under-14 seconds: reduces from 12 to 10. Elaine and VRI Delacombe have nominated teams, while Golden Point and Wendouree each go from two to one team, and Brown Hill and East Ballarat are out
Under-13: 12 teams to 14. East Ballarat Wendouree each increase from one to two, Brown Hill, Coronet City. Elaine is out and Ballarat-Redan drops back from three teams to two.
