An inquest will probe the death of a 10-month-old baby whose parents found her limp and struggling to breathe after leaving her in the care of a babysitter.

Coroner Jacqui Hawkins confirmed on Wednesday she would hold in February an inquest into the death of Chloe Murphy, who died in December 2010.
Chloe's parents, Anthony and Phurithee, left her with babysitter Ketapat Jenkins on December 3, 2010, so they could go to dinner and see a movie, but when they returned later that night found the baby completely limp and fighting for every breath.
Chloe was rushed to hospital and found to have suffered a fractured skull and fractures to her left arm. She died two days later.
Ms Jenkins was charged with child homicide, which is effectively manslaughter, and was last year found not guilty by a Supreme Court jury. During the trial Ms Jenkins denied harming or dropping the baby.
The inquest is expected to hear from a panel of experts on the injuries Chloe suffered and what could have caused them.
