A JURY has found Robert Jeffery not guilty of assaulting Robert Linane.
But Jeffery, 51, was found guilty of criminal damage in relation to the incident on March 6, 2011.
Jeffery pleaded not guilty to charges including intentionally causing serious injury and aggravated burglary.
Mr Linane suffered serious head injuries and spent more than three months in The Alfred hospital.
