DAYLESFORD’S Sebastian Walsh is the Central Highlands Football League rookie of the year.
He received the award at a Sportsmen’s Association of Australia Ballarat branch dinner last night.
Walsh capped off a fine season as a premiership player with the Bulldogs on Saturday.
This was his first full senior season, having debuted last year.
In an outstanding season, he represented the Central Highlands Football League, was named in the CHFL team of the year and was Daylesford’s leading goalkicker.
